Refund policy

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.


Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund or replacement if:

• The wrong item was received
• The item arrived damaged
• The product is defective

Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
• Opened or used products


Lost Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package:

• Check with household members
• Check with neighbors
• Contact your local carrier

If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


Refund Processing

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
