Refund Policy

Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and hygiene products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
• The product is defective

Requests made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After 12 hours, orders may already be processed and cannot be modified or canceled.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
